Learn to rise above stereotypes
Be the voice of reason in noise
Don’t let bullies stop you from
Being yourself in a plastic world
Move forward to stop the wrong
And spread hope and smiles
Fight for justice against violence
Being part of the change we all
Forget the world needs to move
Towards a better tomorrow we
All desire but refuse to stand up
Break the shackles of judgment
Bounding you to play the worldly
Part but most of all remember
To be who you are honestly, for
A world full of liars is all we got
Hidden behind friendships are
Backstabbers intending to harm
Don’t become part of this trend
Be different and spread some love
Refuse to be confined within walls
You’re more than just a statistic

I feel a surge of goodness in this world, you won’t know it from watching the news or reading the papers but you can feel it in groups of people, people who pay attention… I feel it coming, all goodness and light, may take a while but I think more and more people are waking up… it can only get better from here!! love to you my friend! great writing, as always!

  16. I don’t know about you but if a world full of liars, back stabbers and cheats is all we get i’m returning everyones christmas presents this year. Cause it’s really pissing me of lately. People act as if we do away with injustice the economy would die!

    1. I hate gifting, oh you gave me a gift! Now I must give something back too! Best to be same standard, if not, well maybe better but nothing less worthy than what you gave me. Dammit this whole gifting status games Lumen *sigh* actually damn the human race 😦

  21. I wish there were more people in the world that could stand up and say, “Hey, I’m different and I don’t care!” If everyone wasn’t so worried about what other people thought about them, the world would be a somewhat better place.

    1. Very rightly said but unfortunately we would rather just be part of the crowd even if it means being a bully because really who wants to be picked on and abused and never get any help.
      Sad world this is…
